Disguised & Disgusted

Text: 1 Kings 20-23

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 22:30
The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “I will enter the battle in disguise, but you wear your royal robes.” So the king of Israel disguised himself and went into battle.

Message: The king of Israel received a prophecy that he will die in the battle. It was a prophecy of 400 men who said victory against the prophet Micaiah who prophesied defeat. God gave King Jehoshaphat discernment that 400 prophecy is not enough, it is not from the Lord, kaya nag-ask pa siya for prophet Micaiah.
      Even though the king of Israel disguised himself in battle, he can not ran from the Lord, because He was disgusted of all his ways in following gods who can not even save him. So the Lord ordained him to die in the battle.

Promise: Everything is laid bare before the Lord, nothing is hidden. He gives and rewards those whom He is pleased with at ako iyon!!! ;)

Command: Come as you are to God

Warning: Disguising is disgusting

Application: Thank You Lord for I know you will always give me discernment. you said ask and I will receive. Thank you God for the wisdom, knowledge and revelation. thank you for you will reveal and unmask every person in the company who is not for You but against You. thank you for I know you will clear our paths so the company's destiny will be fulfilled for Your glory alone Lord.

Half-Hearted

Text: 1 Kings 17-19

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 18:21
Elijah went before the people and said, “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him.”
But the people said nothing.

Message: Many people cant even decide on two things, a lot of times they get persuaded by the majority, or do not want to choose any side, to play-safe. God does not want half-hearted people. It's either choose life or death, choose to follow Him or others.

Promise: I choose God, for HE has chosen me first.

Command: always choose God!!!

Warning: choosing others other than God is a sure bet of defeats

Application: Lord, in every areas of my life, even in the most single detail let the Holy Spirit lead me to always choose what is good in Your sight.

Nothing To Hide

Text: 1 Kings 14-16

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 14:5
But the Lord had told Ahijah, “Jeroboam’s wife is coming to ask you about her son, for he is ill, and you are to give her such and such an answer. When she arrives, she will pretend to be someone else.”

Message: People can not pretend to God, for He knows absolutely EVERYTHING. And God searches the innermost part of the heart. And one of the good things for those who loves Him is,, He tells the future through the prophecies by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Promise: The Holy Spirit is within me, and Jesus said I can do greater miracles, signs and wonders,  for the advancement of God's Kingdom.

Command: Rely in the voice of the Holy Spirit

Warning: Do not ever think that anything can be hidden from God

Application: God, many times in my life I have learned to mask-off what I really feel, my moods, my intentions. It is so good to know and feel that I can always be true to You, because You loved me just the way I am. Thank you Lord

Future Decided

Text: 1 Kings 11-13

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 13:2
By the word of the Lord he cried out against the altar: “Altar, altar! This is what the Lord says: ‘A son named Josiah will be born to the house of David. On you he will sacrifice the priests of the high places who make offerings here, and human bones will be burned on you. ’”


Message: Prophecies will surely come to pass. Because of the king's disobedience and worship to other gods. The prophet prophesied a king who is not yet even born to destroy everything he did and the priest he ordained. Worshipping other gods bring destruction, worshipping the One and Only True God brings ALL the blessings in life!

Promise: My future is decided in VICTORY!

Command: Worship the ONE and ONLY true God.

Warning: worshipping other gods brings defeat and destruction

Application: Thank you Lord for now I learned that you already ordained my walks, and you have planned every single little detail in my life. The people i talk to, the lessons I learned, everything! Thank you God! I will trust in You..

God Cannot Be Contained

Text: 1 Kings 8-10

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 8:27
“But will God really dwell on earth? The heavens, even the highest heaven, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built!

Message: Wow! GOD is TOO BIG compared to people's worries, problems, fears, etc!! He is TOO powerful, magnanimous, extraordinary, super amazing!!! Nothing can contain GOD!!! God does not show favoritism or materialism, even when Solomon built a beautiful, huge, overlaid gold temple, hindi Siya duon lang nagdwell. God could work in a tent, in the heat of the dessert at maasim na amoy with Moses.
GOD could work in any place, any kind of people, any situation in life, anything in this world for HIS power and HIS love CAN NOT be contained!

Promise: My GOD is TOO big for anything in my life, any problems, sickness, pain, struggles..

Command: Rely on GOD's love and power always

Warning:
Application: Thank you Lord for Your love for us, parang minsan naiimagine ko talaga napapataas kilay Mo looking down from heaven when people worry. Parang sinasabi Mo na, "Ano ba kayo! There is absolutely NOTHING to worry about! If ONLY you would see!" Thank you Lord for opening my eyes because now i know and see how big You are! When any problem arise all I need is to fully rely on Your power, for nothing can contain it.

Walking In The Prophecy

Text: 1 Kings 5-7

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 5:5. I intend, therefore, to build a temple for the Name of the Lord my God, as the Lord told my father David, when he said, ‘Your son whom I will put on the throne in your place will build the temple for my Name. ’

Message: Prophecies play a vital role in the lives of people. It speaks of God's destiny for a person and for the future. David, Solomon and all the great or even worst men written in the Bible treasured their prophecies. Some evil kings even tried to put to death the prophets who spoke ill of them, but the prophecy will not die even if the prophet does, for it is the Word of the Lord and He will certainly do it.
      As Solomon heard what the Lord has prophesied for his destiny, he treasured it and walked on it. And the faithful Lord who gave the prophesy provided people to help him.

Promise: God's prophecies will SURELY come to pass in our lives.

Command: Go with the flow
Warning:

Application: Countless times, my Mom kept on saying I will finish my studies because the LORD prophesied it, and because she desired it. In my self I have no intention, or desire for it whatsoever. when it was prophesied by an Israelite prophet my eyes flinched, in..... amazement? But now, for some reason while attending SOL, and through Bishop Dante's challenging us in BS Theology, suddenly, the Lord had put that desire. And He provided a way, CHED, PUP Online school, people who will recommend me. now i even have the desire to finish a masteral degree!!! =)  YOU are so amazing GOD!!!!

Where To Sacrifice?

Text: 1 Kings 2-4

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 3:4. The king went to Gibeon to offer sacrifices, for that was the most important high place, and Solomon offered a thousand burnt offerings on that altar.

1 Kings 3:15 Then Solomon awoke —and he realized it had been a dream. He returned to Jerusalem, stood before the ark of the Lord’s covenant and sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. Then he gave a feast for all his court.

Message: When Solomon haven't asked for wisdom he had no idea where and what the presence of the Lord is. He went to worship in Gibeon because it was the most famous high place. Gibeon is not even a real part of Israel, the people dwelling on it were foreigners to be wiped-out by Joshua's men, but they formed a rouse para maligtas ang buhay nila. They pretended, disguised and lied to be part of it, in the end, though they were spared yung future nila as wood and stone cutters ang destiny, up to their next descendants. It signifies salvation through the law or by works that could never work by it's own.
          When Solomon gained wisdom from the Lord, he realized that the presence and the anointed place was in Jerusalem, the place where he already dwells; so he made a sacrifice there. The Lord already dwells in our heart. Wisdom is the persona of The Holy Spirit, and the Lord's desire is not for sacrifices of animals or by our works, God delights in the obedience and sacrifice of His Son - Jesus. All I need to do is believe and live for Jesus, that is my sacrifice and pleasure- to do His will and not mine.

Promise: Jesus dwells inside my heart, God is already pleased in me because of Jesus. Jesus gave me the Holy Spirit, so now I have wisdom :) thank you Lord!

Command: Just Believe, just receive!

Warning: Forever earning God's love by works, will make me a Gibeonite. Do NOT forget that GOD already LOVED me even when I was a sinner.

Application: Thank You Lord for Your grace, and thank you Holy Spirit for giving me wisdom to discern and know God's love for me. Now I can pray boldly in Your presence, and know/feel that the presence of the Lord is in me even before I start praying. Now I learned that the LORD is already pleased with me. Thank you Jesus for Your sacrifice, I love You Lord!

Secret To Wisdom

Text: 1 Kings 5-7

Rhema Verse: 1 Kings 5:5.  "I intend, therefore, to build a temple for the Name of the Lord my God, as the Lord told my father David, when he said, ‘Your son whom I will put on the throne in your place will build the temple for my Name. ’

Message: King David's desire is to build God a temple. It is his vision, I have learned the power of a vision through SOL 2 Ladder of Success book. I believe King David's vision of the temple keeps him up at night, just like my Dad's vision for the church and the company, and so as I.  Vision is a very powerful drive that motivates; a burning passion, and sometimes it makes people anxious if we can not do it for some reason. Praise God for vision can be passed, it is a quality of a good visionary. Thank God for King Solomon did the task. Even though King David did not see it physically he saw it in his vision and He trusted God, that his descendant will finish the task for him.

And as King Solomon was sharing the vision originated from His father King David to King Hiram, the king of Tyre. He gave King Solomon everything He needed, for the king of Tyre had seen also the vision and the wisdom of Solomon for building the Lord's Temple.
Promise: GOD will do what HE says He will do for me!!!! - God will make me into a great nation,
and HE will bless me; and will make my name great, and I will be a blessing. Genesis 12:2
Command: Do not take light of my prophecy, for it is my destiny! Take hold! Take heart! God is more than able!
Warning: Without vision people perish
Application: I see the importance of not letting go of God's prophecy, and also the G-12 vision; I need to put it in heart, soul, mind and my mouth. I believe the vision God had entrusted to Pastor Cesar Castellanos is one that could write a destiny of our nation, and I will be part of it! I see that as I go through the process a big change is going through me, I thank you Lord for that!!! I thank you for You who begun a good work in me will remain faithful until we complete it!!!!
